Emmett and Denise’s Background:
Emmett Culley is a Senior Software Engineer. He has developed software programs and software modules that can be found in most large hospitals around the country and almost every ATM in the nation. He is brilliant and currently owns his own business named Web Engineer. He programs the back end of complex websites.
Emmett has been called a renaissance man by other men. He can fix anything. His growth and transformation as a husband is his most impressive accomplishment. He is the kind of husband that really provides safety and understanding to his wife, so she feels safe to express anything to him. This is a gift that all men should aspire to. This talent is why the women in the course all feel safe around Emmett. As the leader for the course he provides the voice for men, interprets women to the men, and helps men get to the root of the female happiness equation.
Denise is the head coach and course designer. Her mastery for developing inspiring and fun programs is highly praised by the participants in our programs. Her attention to detail and understanding of what is at the heart of a participant’s inquiry is amazing to watch. People respect Denise for her insightfulness and straight talk. Denise’s resume includes an impressive career as a Process Manager for fast growth telecom companies. At the height of her career she reported directly to the Chief Operations Officer and was tasked with improving problematic operational conflicts within internal departments as well as with Fortune 500 clients. As a reward for her special talents she was often given carte blanch on any project she brought to the attention of the COO. Her greatest talent is to see beyond the surface complaints and identify quick solutions by designing new processes or developing training that immediately gets straight to the heart of the matter. You could say, she brings laser precision to solving conflicts. She also created training programs that effectively orientated new employees into a companies culture and to an understanding of the technical nuances of the company’s business, so they could hit the ground running. Most of the recipients of her training programs were promoted to high profile positions because of the completeness in which the training prepared them and inspired them for the challenges ahead.
Emmett and Denise have been devoted to mastering transformation teachings for decades. They are well read and highly educated. They have collectively attended 25 years of courses programs and immersed themselves in learning and studying human behavior, and out of the box thinking. This thirst for knowledge, started from a passion to understand people. Had they known in retrospect that this education would someday lead to a career as relationship coaches, they would have considered the value of collecting the credentials towards a degree. But at the time, this was studied for enjoyment and the fulfillment of a passion. Who knew 25 years later a bigger plan would be revealed. Funny how life falls into place even when you didn’t plan it.
